Payment Terms

Inclusive of:

Please carefully review the terms of your subscriptionand/or coaching program with My Viva Inc.

  1. I am at least 18 years of age.

  2. I acknowledge I am an authorized user of this credit card.

  3. I agree to keep my credit card information (i.e. expiry date) up to date in My Account settings.

  4. I acknowledge my subscription and/or coaching program will be automatically cancelled by My Viva Inc. if a pre-authorized payment fails.

  5. I acknowledge that one-time payment options are ineligible for auto-renew.

  6. I agree to allow My Viva Inc. to auto-renew my subscriptionand/or coaching program term on the anniversary of my original date of purchase. If a price change occurs My Viva Inc. will notify me through email. At such time I will have the option to agree to the price change and continue my subscription and/or coaching program or to decline and discontinue my subscription and/or coaching program.

  7. I acknowledge that I may choose to cancel my auto-renewalsubscriptionand/or coaching program at any time, but no partial credits will be applied. My Viva Inc. will continue to charge my credit cardon the anniversary of my original date of purchase unless I cancel my subscription and/or coaching program.

  8. I understand that in order to cancel my subscription and/or coaching program, I must access my account and payment history and select the "cancel" option. I understand that my account will be cancelled immediately, but I will continue to have access to it until My Viva Inc. reviews the monthly billing cycle and the current monthly billing cycle is complete.

  9. Once my subscriptionand/or coaching program is cancelled and my account is closed, I acknowledge that My Viva Inc. is required by law to retain my personal information related to the use of My Viva services and account payment history for an additional 10 years and 7 years respectively, My Viva Inc. also retains my account contact information in the event that it needs to contact me for purposes related to its mandatory retention of my personal information related to my use of My Viva Inc. services and/or my account payment history. I understand that, other than as described in this paragraph, no one is able to access any of my personal information in my account once I have cancelled my subscription and/or coaching program.

  10. I acknowledge that my subscription and/or coaching program is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and may not be shared.

  11. I understand there is no freeze option for this subscription and/or coaching program.

I have read and agree to the terms of the subscriptionand coaching program(s) with My Viva Inc.
